About This Programme
A Diploma in Dialysis Technician course is a specialised program designed to train students in operating dialysis machines and providing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. Spanning 2 years, the curriculum covers theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for this field.
The coursework includes understanding kidney physiology, the principles and procedures of dialysis, patient care, and handling complications associated with dialysis treatment. Students learn about hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, and the preparation and operation of dialysis equipment.
